About Our Business
The building was built as a bunkhouse in 1974 for a Fish
Cannery in Sitko Bay, the following year the cannery burnt
down and everything was closed up.
We purchased the building in 1989 & moved it to Hoonah by
barge in 1990-1991 it took two trips since Grant cut it in half.
It was remodeled for apartments in 1991 & we have been
operating since. We updated around 2004.
